You simply can't be unhappy while wearing this dress!  Lightweight yellow cotton with a bold floral print in neutrals.  The bodice features cap sleeves and a shelf bust, accented with a large brown velvet bow.  The waist is a fit-and-flare style, leading into a very full, pleated skirt.  Unlined.  Back metal zipper.
